How to Order

Choose the item you would like to buy from our homepage or the Shop page.

On the product page, set your order quantity using the (+) or (-) buttons (located under the price). Then, click the “Add to Cart” button.

You can order several items at once in this website. The total number of items you have selected will be displayed on the top right of your screen.

After you have done selecting the items, access the Cart by clicking the “View Cart” button on top of the product image.

Alternatively, you can also access the Cart anytime by clicking the Cart icon on the top right of your screen, and then click the “View Cart” button.

After clicking the “View Cart” button, you will be redirected to the Cart page, where the items that you have previously selected will be listed. Double check the items, price and quantity, and then click the “Checkout” button to process your order.

If you have previously created an account in this website, click the Login button (located above “Billing Details”). Enter your username and password, then click Login. You will have the Billing Details automatically filled in. Double check the information and make changes if necessary.

If you do not have an account, please enter the Billing Details manually. Make sure to enter the “Town/City” and “Kecamatan” correctly, because shipping fees will be calculated based on those details. Note that the list of appropriate “Kecamatan” will be loaded in a few seconds after “Town/City” is selected.

You will be asked to create an account after the order is placed.

After all Billing Details have been entered correctly, please read our Terms and Conditions, and then check the box on the left of “I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions”. Afterwards, click the “Place Order” button.

If your order is successfully placed, you will receive an e-mail as your order confirmation.  Please do not make a payment yet before you receive the final invoice (see below).

As soon as possible, our staff will send you another email, which will include the order details, total price and payment instructions. Please make your payment into our bank account listed on the email. Then, please send your proof of transaction to the mentioned email address. Our staff will ship your order as soon as we receive your proof of transaction

After we receive your proof of payment, our staff will send you a confirmation email. Then, your order will be shipped to your address. Standard shipping takes 3-4 days in Jakarta. House of Beads ships from Jakarta, so depending on your location, shipping may take longer outside of Jakarta. We will contact customers by email to inform them of the shipping time.
