- We use JNE courier to ship domestically at the regular JNE Shipping Rate. Customers can check out the rates on-line.
We only ship on Monday to Friday. - Standard shipping takes 3-4 days in Jakarta.
House of Beads ships from Jakarta, so depending on your location, shipping may take longer outside of Jakarta. We will contact customers by email to inform them of the shipping time. - We also ship internationally. Please email us at cs@houseofbeadsjewelry.com to request shipping rates.
Terms & Conditions
We do not give refunds but we will exchange the items you purchase.
In order to exchange the items you have purchased, you must notify us within 3 days after you have received your purchases. Please send any complaints by email to cs@houseofbeadsjewelry.com
When you return your purchases to us, we will send you new items. Please note that the customer is responsible for delivery charges.
Please email a picture of any broken jewelry made by the House of Beads. We will reply immediately and inform you on whether or not it can be repaired. If we can repair your jewelry, just send it to us or drop it off at our shop in Kemang Village.
After we repair your jewelry, we will contact you to confirm that your jewelry is ready.
You can pick up your repaired jewelry at our shop in Kemang Village. If you prefer to have it delivered, there is a delivery charge.

We request information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information, such as name, email, shipping address and phone number.
